Thomas W. Jones II (DIRECTOR) - Thomas W. Jones II has directed, written, and performed in more than 150 plays worldwide. Right On marks his 10th Horizon Theatre production, having previously written and starred in Sheddin’, written and directed A Cool Drink A Water, Three Sistahs, and Two Queens One Castle and directed every tongue confess, Blue, The Bluest Eye, Hallelujah Street Blues, and And Her Hair Went With Her. Tom is co-founder of Jomandi Productions in Atlanta, where for over 20 years as Co-Artistic Director and later Producing Director, he saw Jomandi soar to become the third largest African-American theatre company in the United States. In 2000, Tom and his co-founders left Jomandi to create VIA International Artists, Inc. His work as a writer, director, and actor has been acclaimed nationally and internationally. His work has received 39 Washington, DC Helen Hayes Award nominations, winning 12 awards, including Best Director for Home and Bessie’s Blues, which he also wrote. He has also received three New York Audelco Award nominations, the Dramalogue Award, the San Diego Critics Award, and the NAACP Phoenix Award among others.

R. L. Williams (STAGE MANAGER)  is an Atlanta native. Williams studied theatre at Florida A&M University’s Essential Theatre. His stage managing credits include: Choir Boy, Bike America, The Fairytale Lives of Russian Girls, Carapace, Sammy & Me, Tennis in Nablus, The Second Ciy: Peach Drop Stop & Roll, The Second City: Miracle on 1280 Peachtree Street, and Broke; and assistant stage managing Zorro, What I Learned in Paris, August Wilson Full Circle: Gem of the Ocean and Radio Golf; Doubt; Jelly’s Last Jam and the world premieres of Ghost Brothers of Darkland County, Women of Brewster Place, Sister Act: The Musical, and The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter.

Anthony Clinkscales (MUSICAL DIRECTOR) Out of “The Electric City” and “The Friendliest City in South Carolina” hails a true champion whose heart and passion for music is unmatched. Anthony Clinkscales, the Anderson native who began playing guitar at the age of nine and piano at the age of ten, has proven that when faith, tenacity and preparation meet opportunity, success is sure to follow. Over two decades of successful musical leadership in metro-Atlanta churches, schools and businesses are proof.An accomplished director, arranger and singer, Clinkscales’ talent spreads across multiple entertainment mediums and genres of music, showing his diversity as a musician. He quickly began work in music ministry as an adolescent forming his own group, The Voices of Praise and performing as a freelance musician across the city. His early studies in classical piano helped him develop skills that won competitions and earned recognition from the National Guild of Piano Players. What’s more, Mr. Clinkscales ‘99 sung tenor and toured as accompanist for the world-renowned Morehouse College Glee Club.Through consistent service and diverse musical experience he has expanded his understanding of music and the performing arts, and consequently, has become the consummate musician. A master of the Piano and Hammond Organ, Clinkscales has been called upon as Musical Director for some of musical theatre’s biggest musicals; most recently including Disney’s The Little Mermaid. He remains a well sought out Professional Pianist, Musical Director, Music Educator, Music Minister and Music Consultant. His interests include personal and social development through creativity and creative expression.  Mary Parker (Light Design) This marks Mary’s third production with Dominion and she is thrilled to be part of such a talented group on this production.  You may have seen her work out and about town over the ten years Mary has called Atlanta home.. She is very proud to have had the pleasure of designing for almost every professional theatre company in town, as well as several regional theatres throughout the Southeast. Throughout her 20 years in the business, she has lit everything from concerts to light installations to musicals to dance. Some of her favorite past productions include: Jar The Floor and A Lesson Before Dying with Dominion; Fly at Theatrical Outfit; Mary Poppins and Body of Water at Aurora Theatre; Ragtime, Chicago, and The Producers at Atlanta Lyric; Avenue Q, Detroit, Waffle Palace, and Every Tongue Confess at Horizon Theatre; Detroit 67 and Sty of the Blind Pig at True Colors; Les Liaisons, Venus in Fur, and Equus at Actor’s Express. Mary is currently the resident lighting designer at Horizon Theatre Company and Ballethnic Dance. “The purpose of art is washing the dust of our daily life off our souls.”

Seamus M. Bourne (Scenic Designer) returns to Dominion after an amazingly successful design experience with Jar The Floor.  His work may have been seen on the Metro Atlanta stages of Actors’ Express, Georgia Ensemble Theatre, Aurora Theatre, and (the late) Theatre in the Square. Outside of Georgia, two seasons at LOOK Musical Theatre (Tulsa, OK) and Henley Street Theatre (Richmond, VA). Seamus is a two time Suzi Bass Award nominee. He is also a newly minted member of United Scenic Artists, Local USA 829, The Represented Voice of Designers and Scenic Artists in the US. Additionally he thanks his wife, Anna and kiddos, Madeleine and Holden for the love and support. Seamus’ work is dedicated to his Grandfather, Mel.
